Jubilee Planning – the next round, Wed 21st March

Please come along to a meeting on Wednesday 21st March at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, Sand Hutton to plan some Jubilee celebrations for the villages. The Diamond Jubilee is about 11 weeks away which will fly past so we need to know what events we need to organise. The current ideas include a thanks giving service at St Marys, a day time event for everyone with summer food and games (with crowns!), decorations for the villages, possibly an evening event and maybe a bonfire or beacon. So please come along to the Village Hall on Wednesday with your ideas on how we can celebrate together.
If you cannot make it on Wednesday but have an idea or a contribution, please email laura.edwards@claxtonandsandhuttonparishcouncil.org.uk
Thank you.

Baubles

“Remember a loved one” baubles on the Christmas tree in St. Mary’s church raised the sum on £198.00 – thank you to all those who made the tree look beautiful!
