Community Noticeboard

The Community Notice Board allows anyone in the Parish to tell the community about things you have for sale or wanted, items you would like to Freecycle, Lend or Borrow, Requests for Help (e.g. Volunteers, Housesitting, Babysitting, Car and Lift Shares). A bit like a ‘Small Ads’ page in a newspaper. All listings are free for use by Parish residents.

To add something to the board at any time just use the Contribute form or click here. They will normally be published within 48 hours, often sooner. Anything posted on the Board will feature on the Noticeboard for approx. 6 weeks after which it will be removed. Please remember to let us know if you would like your listing removed before then.

Freecycling

Do you have any unwanted items which others in the Parish may wish to take and use for free? Or are you looking for something which somebody else may have lying around? Help others and help reduce clutter, waste and landfill by Freecycling your stuff. Let us know here with a short description and your contact details. A picture can be submitted which will be linked to your listing. Do remember to let us know when the items are taken so we can remove the listing from the site. If not, listings will be removed six weeks after  posting. Listings offering or requesting livestock, pets and potentially hazardous, illegal or dangerous items will not be accepted.

To Lend and Borrow / Requests for Help

If you have any items which other Villagers may wish to borrow for a short period of time, such as tools or equipment? Or are you looking to borrow something? Help each other save money by sharing your stuff. Let the Parish know here with a short description and your contact details.  A picture can optionally be submitted which will be linked to your listing. Listings will be removed six weeks after  posting. Remember to take care when lending and borrowing, we cannot take any responsibility for the listings or the items in question.
